Cessna 182R Pilot Operating Handbook**

**DISCLAIMER:  Almost all modern Pilot Operating Handbooks (POH's) are aircraft specific by serial number.  That is one of the reasons a true POH for a specific a/c is so expensive from Cessna and other manufacturers.  In this particular case, the POH is for a 1985 C-182R that is less than 100 serial numbers under our 1986 C-182R.  Ours is N9557X, the manual went to N9460X.  Cessna wasn't making very many airplanes during that time period.  Except for a variety of Supplemental Equipment choices, for all intents and purposes, the POH's should be the same.  However, use this only for prelim planning and general education on our aircraft.  As always, consider the actual POH for our aircraft, N9557X, as the Final Authority.

For those interested in learning about the new Turbo 182 with the G-1000 Glass Cockpit, click here for the full Pilot's Operating Handbook.  More info is available...check with our Operations Officer.  Our squadron members may occasionally find themselves assigned to a crew flying the Reno Squadron's 946CA version of this aircraft.
